From crust to toppings, all the ingredients at Cozmic Pizza were 100% organic. Even the flour was ground on the premises!
Gorgeous fresh salads
Cozmic sold some of the freshest, tastiest salads in town. You could have a small house salad alongside your pizza, which was a refreshing accompaniment served in a flavorsome yet light dressing. If you wanted a salad that was more of a meal, then you had a couple of super options. The Mista Salad was a spinach based salad, with fennel, red onion, sun dried tomatoes and walnuts. It was smothered in a basil and Gorgonzola dressing that was packed full of flavor. No one could say this salad was boring!
If you liked artichokes, then you’d love the Hearts of Space Salad. Artichoke hearts, organic greens, feta, basil, capers, and tomatoes came together to make this bowl of joy. This was served with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing so the flavors could really shine through.
You could also add smoked salmon or free range turkey strips to any of these salads if you wanted something a little more filling and substantial.
Out of this world pizzas
But come on, you really went to Cozmic Pizza for the pizzas! Whether you chose the regular crust, or the fresh ground whole wheat crust, they were always super delicious. The Full Moon pizza was absolutely heavenly. It was a great vegetarian pizza made with their own home made pesto sauce and topped with roasted garlic, mushrooms and mozzarella. Orion was another great offering on the Cozmic Pizza menu. This one had a thick crust, and it was certainly very filling. Perfect for the heartiest of appetites. Made with three types of cheese, Mozzarella, Romano and Smoked Gouda, it was topped with pepperoni, sausage, Kalamata olives, red onion and mushrooms. If you fancied something a little different, then the decadent Rings of Saturn with smoked salmon, zucchini, bell peppers and garlic was a real treat for the senses. For the brave, you could order The Pleides. But, if you weren’t feeling so brave, you didn’t need to worry as it came in both mild and hot varieties! This pizza was topped with a range of seasonal hot chilli peppers.
