One of the most fun things to do at Cozmic Pizza was to create your own pizza! There were so many toppings though, choosing just what you wanted could take you a while. A pizza made just how you want it was the perfect accompaniment to a great night watching a great live music act, film or comedy show. They also had some more unusual toppings that you just didn’t get anywhere else.
Choosing your size of pizza
You could choose to have a medium pizza or a large pizza. The large pizza was perfect for sharing, while the medium could be shared if you didn’t want a huge meal, or you could treat yourself and have a whole medium pizza all to yourself.
Choosing your pizza crust
Cozmic Pizza was all about giving you lots of choices and when it came to creating your own pizza, you even got to choose from three types of pizza crust. You could pick the regular crust, made from organic flour or you could opt for the local whole wheat crust which was made from local wheat grown in the Willamette Valley. If you were gluten intolerant then there was also a gluten free flour to have made into your perfect pizza base.
Choosing your cheeses
When it came to the cheeses, you had two options. One was the four cheese option which got you Provolone, Romano, Parmesan and Mozzarella on your pizza. The other option was a Daya soy free vegan cheese.
Choosing your toppings
Now this is where it got really exciting! There were just so many toppings to choose from. You could have vegetarian meat, fresh tomatoes, spinach, sausage, roasted garlic, ricotta, red onion, pineapple, pesto, pepperoni, pepperoncini, mushrooms, minced garlic, jalapenos, grilled chicken, green peppers, gorgonzola, feta cheese, Canadian bacon, black olives, fresh basil, banana peppers, bacon, artichokes, apple, smoked pork chop, smoked oysters, caramelized onion, kale and cilantro.
You simply paid a set amount for your particular size of pizza, then extra for each topping you chose. It was hard not to get carried away with so many toppings on offer, but of course you could always go back another day and try some more new and exciting toppings!
